Events Terms & Conditions
Goddards Brewery is a trading name used by Powder Monkey Group Limited.
Ticketed events and brewery tours are operated by Powder Monkey IOW Taphouse Ltd.

By purchasing a ticket or attending a ticketed event or brewery tour at Goddards Brewery, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers
1.1 Non-Refundable Tickets
All tickets are non-refundable except in the circumstances outlined below.
1.2 Event Cancellation or Changes
If an event or tour is cancelled, postponed, or significantly changed, you will be offered:
- A refund of the face value, or
- The option to transfer your ticket to an alternative date or future event
We will use reasonable endeavours to contact you using the details provided at the time of booking.
1.3 Customer Cancellations & Transfers
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- You may transfer your ticket to another person at your discretion, but Powder Monkey Brewing Ltd. does not facilitate or arrange transfers.
- You must notify us of the name of the person who will be attending in your place so that we can admit them.
- Tickets must be presented by the new attendee for entry.
1.4 Gifted Tickets
Tickets purchased as gifts are subject to the same cancellation policy.
1.5 Exceptional Circumstances
Requests for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Powder Monkey Brewing Ltd.
- A transfer may be offered
- Refunds will not normally be provided
1.6 Non-Attendance
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
2. Right of Admission
The venue reserves the right to:
- Refuse entry, or
- Remove individuals from the premises
This applies to anyone displaying antisocial, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour, or failing to comply with venue rules or provide valid identification.
No refund will be given in these circumstances.
3. Entry Requirements
- A valid ticket is required for entry
- Tickets must be presented on arrival (printed or mobile confirmation accepted)
- Please check your tickets upon purchase, as errors cannot always be corrected
4. Resale of Tickets
- Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain (e.g., through online marketplaces or brokers).
- Personal transfers to another person are permitted as outlined in section 1.3.
- Tickets suspected of being resold for profit may be invalidated, and entry may be refused.
5. Event Changes & Content
The organiser reserves the right to alter event details, including:
- Timing
- Content
- Line-up or performers
Where changes occur beyond our control:
- We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall nature of the event
- Performers may be replaced with suitable alternatives
No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
6. Weather Policy
- Events will proceed regardless of weather conditions, unless deemed
unsafe - This applies to both indoor and outdoor events
No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions
Please dress appropriately where relevant.
7. Liability
Powder Monkey Brewing Ltd. accept no liability for:
- Personal injury (unless caused by negligence)
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
8. Photography, Filming & Media
By attending, you consent to being:
- Photographed, filmed, or recorded
This content may be used for:
- Marketing and promotional purposes
- Security and documentation
9. Animals
- Animals are not permitted at ticketed events or brewery tours
- Exception: guide, assistance, and hearing dogs
Goddards Brewery is a dog-friendly venue during standard opening hours; however this does not apply to ticketed events unless explicitly stated.
10. Recording Restrictions
- Video and audio recording is not permitted in performance areas
- Unless prior written permission has been granted
11. Brewery Tour Conditions
11.1 Age Restrictions
Brewery tours are strictly for individuals aged 18 and over.
As the experience includes alcohol consumption, we operate a Challenge 25 policy, and valid photographic ID may be required.
We reserve the right to refuse entry without refund if proof of age cannot be provided.
11.2 Accessibility & Mobility
The tour takes place within a working brewery environment and includes walking and standing.
- Surfaces may be uneven
- Some areas may have restricted access
If you have any accessibility requirements, please contact us in advance so we can advise on suitability and make reasonable adjustments where possible.
11.3 Health & Safety
Visitors must:
- Follow all staff instructions at all times
- Remain within designated areas
- Take reasonable care for their own safety and others
We recommend wearing appropriate clothing and closed-toe footwear.
11.4 Alcohol Consumption
We promote responsible drinking at all times.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse alcohol service
- Remove any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately
No refunds will be issued in such circumstances
11.5 Late Arrival
Tours begin promptly at the advertised time.
Late arrivals may:
- Miss part of the experience, or
- Be refused entry
No refunds will be issued for late arrival
11.6 Tour Format
Tours typically last for approximately 2 hours and include:
- A seated introduction
- A guided walk through the brewery
- A tasting session
The format and duration may vary slightly.
